This policy explains the return and refund arrangements for purchases from leevalnesto.shop. The store is operated by JENNY MY LLC, trading as leevalnesto.
30-Day Free Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your goods, including when you change your mind.
We cover return shipping through a prepaid label or another arrangement at our expense. There is no restocking fee.
For change-of-mind returns, please keep products unused, unworn, and complete with their accessories and tags. Include original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
Arranging Your Return
Email mawh5e5zineI@outlook.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.
We will provide the appropriate return destination and free shipping instructions. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.
Contacting us helps us arrange shipping and identify your purchase. Prior authorization is not required to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.
Please obtain the correct destination before sending merchandise. Our business address should not be used for returns unless we confirm it is suitable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Contact us if your order arrives damaged, has missing components, is faulty, or does not match its description or your order.
Describe the issue and provide photographs where available. Other reasonable evidence will also be considered.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping. Mandatory legal remedies may continue beyond our voluntary 30-day return period.
Refund Amounts
For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods, applicable tax, and any original standard delivery charge.
For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned products and their applicable tax. We do not retrospectively charge shipping because the retained order value falls below our free-shipping threshold.
Refund Timing
We normally issue an approved refund within 2 business days after receiving and assessing returned goods, subject to any earlier legal deadline.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Once issued, they generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Contact us if your refund has not appeared after that period. Payment-provider processing estimates do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Email us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped, we will explain your return options.
For exchanges, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrangements.
UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
A statutory cancellation refund includes the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Premium delivery surcharges need not be refunded unless required by law.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Our free return-shipping promise applies. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
